Moving Moments is an online service that enhances photographs and creates beautifully crafted photo and video compilations to help you celebrate, remember, and share life’s most meaningful moments — from weddings and birthdays to memorials and celebrations of life.
Moving Moments is a trading name of Action Mirror Productions Ltd., registered in England. Company No. 09220813
We work with a wide range of occasions, including:
Weddings and anniversaries
Birthdays and milestone celebrations
Funerals and celebrations of life
Family tributes and remembrance pieces
Other meaningful personal moments
Each project is approached with care and sensitivity.
Below describes the key steps to your order:
Complete the order form
We will review your request, and get back to you within 3-5 working days via email to seek any clarifications, confirm the order, and seek a request for images and payment.
You will then make payment via a secure link, and simply upload your photographs to a private Google Folder which we will provision just to you, and will be used to deliver your completed project.
We’ll enhance and organise your images, and create a personalised compilation.
The order is delivered to you within the private Google Folder, before the deadline you have indicated (or we have mutually agreed)
For the best possible results, we recommend scanning your photographs - using a flatbed scanner, which quite often is a feature of most home printers, rather than taking photos of them on a mobile phone.
Scanning captures the full detail of the original image evenly and at a much higher resolution, which allows us to enhance, restore and compile your photos more accurately. Photos taken with a phone or camera can introduce glare, shadows, distortion and loss of detail, which can limit how much improvement is possible.
If you’re able to scan your images at 300–600 DPI and save them as JPEG or PNG files, that will give us the best starting point. If scanning isn’t possible, we can still work with photos of photos — but the final quality may be more limited.
If you’re unsure how to scan your images or need advice, we’re always happy to help guide you. For custom projects we can offer a digitisation service, where you'd send physical copies of photographs for us to scan in before enhancing, before we return the original photographs to you via a secure mailing service. Due to the additional labour and time involved with including a digitisation service, projects that require Moving Moments to carry out digitisation work will come with an additional cost and take longer to deliver the finished product.
Absolutely. You can choose music, provide written messages, or let us know the tone you’d like — whether celebratory, reflective, or somewhere in between.
We understand how meaningful certain songs can be. Where requested, we can source and include specific music tracks within a slideshow or compilation. Please note that many well-known songs are protected by copyright. For this reason, any compilation that includes copyrighted music is intended for private use only, such as family viewing or playback at a personal event.
We kindly ask that customers do not upload or share these compilations on public websites or social media platforms unless they have the appropriate music permissions in place. If you would prefer a compilation that can be shared publicly, we’re happy to offer a selection of fully licensed music options.
Yes. We can restore faded, damaged, or discoloured photographs, carefully improving clarity, colour, and detail while respecting the original image.
Turnaround times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but most compilations are completed within 7–14 working days (upon receipt of original photographs, and payment). We can also offer faster turnaround where needed, particularly for time-sensitive occasions. Get in touch to discuss your requirement further.
Yes. Should there be any small and reasonable adjustments required, we would be more than happy to complete these free of charge to ensure the final piece feels right to you. Examples of such 'free of charge' minor adjustments would be, correcting typos to text, removing any blemishes or errors on image touch-ups, or removing/changing the backing music for the showreel/slideshow.
For more substantial changes, such as including additional photographs into the project or major re-working of the final output, an additional cost may be incurred.
This depends on the package you choose, however, in theory there's no limit to the number of photos you can included within your order. If you have any questions do get in touch and we can provide guidance on what works best for the length and style of compilation you have in mind.
Yes. Your images are handled securely and treated with complete confidentiality. We never share or use your content without your permission.
For further information please see our Privacy Policy.
Your completed compilation will be delivered digitally, making it easy to download, share with friends and family online, or play at an event. We will share with you a private link to a Google Folder, which is a safe and secure location for storing and sharing media files. We will commit to ensuring your content remains accessible for 12 months via this folder/link. However, we strongly recommend you take a downloaded copy of the media within for your personal storage and use into the future.
Pricing depends on the number of images, level of enhancement, and the type of compilation required. Clear pricing and package options are available on our Price List section of the website, and we’re also happy to provide a tailored quote.
Not at all. The process is designed to be simple and supported — we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
You can get started by contacting us through our website, and completing the Order Form. We’ll take care of the rest.
Yes. We approach memorial projects with great care and respect, creating gentle, meaningful tributes that honour a life and can be shared during a service or privately with family and friends.
Moving Moments was formed out of being inspired by a personal project by us to remember a dear family member, and we understand how wonderful it can be to see a family member's memories be brought back to life, and shared with an audience who may not necessarily have seen some of the cherished images from their past.
