We provide digital services including, but not limited to:
-
Enhancement and restoration of photographs
-
Creation of personalised photo and image compilations and slideshows
-
Optional use of music and visual effects, subject to copyright restrictions

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed online via our website. Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise stated. Prices are displayed in GBP and may be subject to change.

Once work has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled except where required by law.

5. Customer Materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photographs, videos or other materials you upload or supply to us.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We will not use your materials for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

6. Photo Enhancement and Restoration
Photo enhancement and restoration are subjective processes. While we take great care to preserve the integrity and character of original images, results may vary depending on the quality and condition of the source material.

7. Music and Copyright
Where music is included at the customer’s request, the customer acknowledges that copyright restrictions may apply.
Compilations containing copyrighted music are supplied for private viewing only. The customer agrees not to publish, upload, broadcast or otherwise distribute such content publicly unless they have obtained appropriate permissions or licences.
We accept no liability for unauthorised public use of copyrighted material by the customer.

8. Review and Revisions
We offer a reasonable revision stage to address factual or stylistic adjustments to works delivered to the customer. Requests for major changes outside the original brief may incur additional charges.

9. Delivery
Final files will be delivered digitally via a private Google Folder for download or sharing via secure link. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and customer responsiveness.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced, except where required by consumer law.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can attempt to resolve it.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Data Protection and Privacy
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation. Uploaded materials are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service.
We are committed to ensuring your content remains accessible for 12 months via the folder/link we originally used to share materials. However, we strongly recommend you take a downloaded copy of the media within the folder for your personal storage and use into the future. All photographs, and data relating to a customer project will be deleted after 12 months, with no back-ups taken after this point. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you have taken receipt of the content swiftly post-delivery.

13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
